79: Some Details

78: Skateboarding!

All the decks I did for the Snowboard Garage Zurich last saturday shot in front of the shop itself by the Bellevue. 4 are already taken, and 1 is being auctioned off tomorrow! So get in there for the last available one. Otherwise buy a blank deck, and give me a call :)

77: The Rad Bros

The Rad Bros! I'm having tons of fun with characters, faces, and shapes. Loving drawing every day.

76: Faces & Shapes

New illustration. 1 more of these so-called Rad Bros coming in a few days. This sort of stuff is what makes me most happy. So much fun. 

75: Led Airbus

Led Airbus, the finest Zeppelin tribute band, put on a hell of a show in Zurich last friday night. It was so authentic, so raw, I felt like I was in the 70's. Thanks to the very talented Rolf Caflish for the ticket and it was a great pleasure to see him hit real hard. 

74: Friday

A little taste of the Hasacuma show from Friday night in Chur. More of these will be posted soon. Here Dominique during her feature, rocking out with Quero on his brand new ukulele. The night was great, fun was had, beers were flowing, dancing and jumping, a typical feelgood super great show. A lot of love in the Hasacuma family!!

73: Honschi

Tried some lighting tonight with my roommate Angela. Ghetto-rigged a SB800 flash and a living room lampshade and some other shit, in the end I don't think it quite worked the way I had hoped. Anyway a start to testing out how I should light the new Hasacuma band portraits on a non-existing budget for rental gear and a limited fleet of equipment of my own. We'll see how it goes.

72: Liam Cormier / Cancer Bats

First couple edits from the Cancer Bats show from friday night at the Dynamo in Zurich. One of the best shows I've seen in a while. Really made me miss the days shooting shows in Vancouver almost every weekend a few years back. More to come from this one soon. 

71: The Pub Quiz

The rad folks at The Reason Snowboard Magazine in the UK asked me to do a poster for their Pub Quiz going on at The Snowboard Test event in the Kaunertal in Austria this spring. Had tons of fun doing this and hope to work with them again soon!

69: An Ideal World

A collaborative effort with Nicci Pfister. Inspired by her imagination and subconscious life in a special idealized world. This world is visited in dreams as an escape from the normal and usual. It's a place where public transportation are surf, snow and skateboards (and for some, ski-doos & bicycles), a place where the beach and the mountains are so close together you can surf, swim, skate and snowboard all in the same day. A place where there's cocktails being served by the shore 24/7, and music follows you everywhere you go. A village that has a steak, beer and muffin shop all in one. You can live in a tent on the beach or a bungalow, or have a nice house in the woods. Most importantly it's surrounded by living nature, colourful landscapes and happy vibes. The sun shines everyday, and snow falls every night. Sounds pretty perfect to me.

666: Fairwell, Cosi Tscholl

This week I leave the design agency Cosi Tscholl in Chur to embark on a new adventure in Zurich, at a Swiss snow/skate brand called Zimtstern. Thanks to my buddies at Cosi Tscholl - Romano, Marco, Raphael, Flurin, Jeannine, Dave, Sandra, Ladina, and last but not least my girlfriend, Fabienne. It's been a terrific year and I am very grateful for the opportunity and everything they've done. Thanks! Also very much excited to start at Zimtstern next week, gonna be an awesome summer in Zurich.
